Have you ever wanted to draw a guitar or design it yourself? Follow these simple steps and learn how to draw the perfect guitar. Note: Follow the red lines in every step.
method

Step 1. Start by drawing a horizontal oval for the body of the guitar

Step 2. At the end of the egg, draw a long rectangle for the fingerboard

Step 3. Draw a circle at the beginning of the rectangle, in the oval

Step 4. Draw a small rectangle at the end of the fingerboard

Step 5. Now add the thickness of the body
The thickness is determined by the shape you want the guitar to be. Here we show you the basic shape.

Step 6. Add the details like the strings, the fret divisions, and the tuning pegs

Step 7. Trace over the drawing in ink and erase the sketch

Step 8. color in the drawing and you're done
Method 1 of 1: Alternative method

Step 1. Draw two ovals
The one on the left should be a little bigger than the one on the right, like a crooked snowman.

Step 2. Add two rectangles and a line to connect all of the shapes
The top rectangle serves as the guitar's neck and the line is the start of a string.

Step 3. Connect the ovals by adding two lines
Add small rectangles to give the guitar a more boxy, realistic shape.

Step 4. Draw a small circle in the smaller top oval
Add semicircles on the sides and pull the lines tight to make the guitar look even more realistic.

Step 5. Draw two wavy lines to indicate the shape of the guitar
At this point you should really start to realize that it looks like a musical instrument, if not then go back and make sure you haven't distorted anything. Erase any excess lines.

Step 6. Draw six lines for the strings of the guitar
Draw other details like the tuning pegs and frets on the neck.

Step 7. Trace and color in the drawing
Use shades of brown unless your guitar is unusually colorful. Experiment with different shades and patterns to see what looks best.
Tips
- Don't be afraid to experiment with the shape of the body and the end of the fingerboard.
- Remove the black from several parts, e.g. from the strings and the frets, so that it is not too visible.
